Timings and shipping upgrades

Items are shipped via Royal Mail using second class standard delivery within the UK. This service does not provide tracking information.

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail's international standard delivery. This service does not provide tracking information. There is the option to upgrade to tracking at the checkout. If you have purchased a few items and the postage you have paid covers tracking than I will upgrade this automatically and you will be given tracking information. This may be with a different courier. 

Please note that I cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. If you opt for tracked and signed shipping then I can work with the delivery company to locate your package.

Delivery time within the UK will usually take 2-3 days, 3-5 days within Europe and 5-7 days to the USA. All shipping can be upgraded to tracked. These times are a guideline and may vary depending on time of year e.g. Christmas and can also be affected by extreme weather.

Turnaround time but can vary but I aim to get orders out  within 1-3 days upon receipt, unless there is a query regarding your order. If your item is customised or you have ordered clothing, which I make to order, then please allow extra time. The turnaround time for these items will be listed with the item.

If you would like to purchase an item from NicePomPoms and your delivery country isn't specified, please contact me and I will be happy to calculate a delivery cost. You can do this through Etsy messenger or email me at info@nicepompoms.com

Multiple purchases

If you would like to purchase multiple items, please contact me and I will endeavour to find the cheapest shipping rate for you. Please note that this may not be with Royal Mail.

Please note the the buyer is responsible for any duty fees.
